Which is a better anaphrodisiac herbal supplement? - herbal supplement blogurl:blogspot.com

So I found two supplements and Vitex skullcap herb, has been reported that diminished anaphrodisiacs enough (the sexual desire). Would you suggest one over the other? Would you suggest a supplement made from different plants or snack?

Here are some of my favorite herbs: camphor, hops, marjoram, Agnus castus (Vitex), Black Willow and Stram. The latter two are difficult to find in the U.S., so I will skip them.

Camphor oil is used 1-2 drops on a sugar cube 2-3 times per day. Not used in epilepsy.

Hops tea is drunk 3 times daily or 250 mg capsules flower powder 2 to 3 times per day. Not used in the depression. May cause slight dizziness.

Marjoram, and tea made with 2 teaspoons of dried leaves from the cup, crushed 1 / 2 cup 3x daily. As effective as the oil companies used in the diluted and massaged into the abdomen. Not used during pregnancy.

Vitex is particularly useful for women, reduced estrogen production. Hormonal changes, balances in men and women. Available in tablets and capsules, liquids. Take 10-20 drops of fluid per day or 2 tablets of 300 mg. You can increase the chances of conception.

Skullcap's comforting, anti-stress herb, but found no evidence Anaphrodisiac.
