My 2005 Cobalt keyless entry doesn't work...? - battery 2005 cobalt

I have the batteries in the keychain, if it does. Buttons Keychains do anything. When I use the lock button in the car, the alarm is activated when the key to the car. The only way to order, by manually pressing the buttons below the closing doors. Sparatically vehicle also stops (engine) power everything, during normal driving (which happens about 5-7 times since I bought nrand new distributor). Who knows, comes like that?
